In 2008, I started operations in New England as Boston Medical Transcription (SM).
In 2011, I added Rigorous Review (SM) for additional IT and Security marketing goals.

During this employment I use only my maiden name, Susan M. Aucoin.

I co-own and fully administrate this company, and I continue to earn honors
in my continuing state-of-the-art university-level accredited re-education.

MedQuist Inc. (R), 1997 to 2008.

I was employed by Spheris Corp. (R),
Spheris Corp. (R) became part of MedQuist Inc. (R).

In 1997, I joined the company that would evolve to become
Spheris, a national world-class medical documentation company.

In 1997, I joined Spheris when my family obligations
required I close my medical documentation business in
the southeast U.S.A. state of Florida, to return to my roots
in the region of the northeast U.S.A. known as New England.

I remained with Spheris for 11 years, I earned an excellent reputation.

During this employment I first used my married name, Susan Nieminen;
and then I used only my maiden name, Susan M. Aucoin.

In 2008, when my personal circumstances changed, I was
able to offer my special abilities to various parts of Spheris.

I found Spheris eliminating most medical documentation services performed in
our expensive U.S.A. _ Those services will be performed in very-low-wage India.

I felt it prudent to establish a medical documentation company of my own.

In 2010, Spheris Corp. (R) and its subsidiary Spheris India Private Limited (SM)
became part of CBaySystems (R). _ MedQuist Inc. (R) was already a part of
CBaySystems (R). _ Spheris Corp. (R) then disappeared into MedQuist Inc. (R).

I had a medical documentation company in Florida, 1993 to 1996.

I established and managed my own successful American U.S.A. medical
documentation company in Fort Myers, Florida. _ I successfully marketed
and performed services to end users and other documentation companies.

During this employment I used only my married name, Susan Nieminen.

After 3 years of successful self-employment, my obligations
to my family required my return to my New England roots.

In anticipation of my return to New England, I arranged employment
with a national top-tier world-class market leader in my business.

I began my 11 year career with Spheris Corp. while still in Florida in 1997.
In 1997, their name was Spheris Corp., MedQuist Inc. is their current name.

Physicians Primary Care of Southwest Florida (SM), 1982 to 1993.
In 1993, their name was Cape Coral Family Physicians (SM).

I started as a medical transcriptionist, and evolved
to manage their entire transcription department.

During this employment I used only my married name, Susan Nieminen.

After 11 years of dedicated employment with them, with 5 of those
years as the Manager of their transcription department, I started
my own successful medical documentation company in Florida in 1993.

On July 4, 2001, while still providing security for that client, I initiated my personal
goals and started my monthly security industry print publication Rigorous Review (SM).

On September 11, 2001, when my U.S.A. was successfully attacked,
I put my personal goals aside and remained with that employer,
because my assigned client now truly-needed my security expertise.

In 2004, I re-joined my career employer, then quickly removed myself to
establish a consultancy business, to provide to Boston-area business and
industry my competent rigorous review of their facility physical security.

I initiated that consultancy business as Swerdloff & Associates (SM),
Dun & Bradstreet (SM) D-U-N-S (R) number 159989362.

We were to provide rigorous review of physical security of large facilities,
evolving to include rigorous review of IT information system hardware and
software, then evolving to include rigorous review of client IT staff duties.

We published appropriate ads on the Google (SM) AdWords (SM) search network, using
swerdloff-boston-usa.com as our primary Web address and RigorousReview.com as
our secondary. _ Our ads appeared when appropriate search terms were entered in
Google (SM), and because we were well-funded we almost-always best-positioned our
ads on a first page. _ We published optimal ads and Web pages almost continuously.

During this period, I also offered to provide my services in behalf
of fellow security professionals within my Boston ASIS chapter.

In 2007, after many un-successful great efforts to properly market my services,
I successfully initiated activities that helped this company to discover me.

In 2008, after many assignments that demonstrated my value, I was invited to
become a permanent part of our reliable highly-motivated highly-qualified team.

In 2009, I was invited to become a co-owner of our company, a coveted position that
facilitates a full-demonstration of my heritages of responsible positions earned
in the industrial electronic and security industries, and in military service.
